In short: you may use our Apps for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please use them lawfully and do not try to copy, hack or misuse them. Free Apps are supported by ads; purchases are handled by Google Play. The Apps are provided "as is".
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form an agreement between you and SocBy Solution Apps ("SocBy", "we", "us", "our"), the developer of the mobile applications published under that name on Google Play (the "Apps"). Please read them carefully.
1Acceptance of These Terms
By downloading, installing or using any of our Apps, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Apps and uninstall them from your device.
Your use of the Apps is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. If these Terms conflict with Google Play's terms on matters such as downloads, payments or refunds, Google Play's terms prevail for those matters.
2Eligibility
Our Apps are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the Apps only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
3License to Use the Apps
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Apps on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use.
The Apps are licensed, not sold. We keep all rights not expressly granted to you.
4Acceptable Use
When using the Apps, you agree not to:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent or sublicense any part of the Apps.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Apps, except where applicable law expressly allows it.
- Remove, bypass or interfere with ads, security features, license checks or in-app purchase mechanisms.
- Generate fraudulent ad impressions or clicks, or use bots, scripts or emulators to do so.
- Use the Apps for any unlawful purpose, or to create or share content that is illegal, harmful, abusive or infringes the rights of others.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Apps, our systems or other users' devices.
5Your Content
Content you create in the Apps (for example drawings, recordings, progress and settings) belongs to you and is stored only on your device. You are responsible for that content and for keeping your own backups. Uninstalling an App or clearing its data may permanently delete that content, and we cannot recover it.
6Intellectual Property
The Apps, including their code, design, graphics, sounds, text, names and logos, are owned by SocBy Solution Apps or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of these rights to you.
If you believe content in one of our Apps infringes your rights, please contact us at support@socby.com with details, and we will review the request promptly.
7Advertising
Our free Apps display ads served by Google AdMob and its mediation partners. Ads are provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for the content of ads or for the products and services they promote. Any dealings you have with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.
How ad-related data is handled, and how you can control personalized ads, is described in our Privacy Policy.
8In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
- Some Apps offer optional paid features, such as removing ads or unlocking content. All purchases and subscriptions are processed by Google Play. We never receive or store your payment card or bank details.
- Prices are shown in the App and on Google Play before you confirm a purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them. You can cancel at any time in the Google Play Store app under Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds are handled under the Google Play refund policy, except where applicable consumer law gives you additional rights.
- Purchases are linked to your Google account and can usually be restored by reinstalling the App with the same account.
9Third-Party Services
The Apps rely on third-party services such as Google Play Services, Google AdMob and Firebase. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which are listed in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for third-party services, websites or content.
10Privacy
We do not collect, store, sell or share your personal information. Details about the limited device data processed by third-party SDKs, and about your choices, are in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
11Updates and Availability
We may release updates that add, change or remove features, and some updates may be required to keep using an App. We may also suspend or discontinue an App at any time. We do not guarantee that the Apps will always be available, error-free or compatible with every device or operating system version.
12Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Apps are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.
13Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SocBy Solution Apps will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, content, profits or revenue, arising from your use of or inability to use the Apps.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
14Termination
You may stop using the Apps at any time by uninstalling them. We may suspend or end your license to use the Apps if you breach these Terms. When the license ends, you must stop using the Apps and delete them from your devices. Sections 6, 12, 13 and 15 continue to apply after termination.
15Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting any formal proceeding, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it will be submitted to the competent courts of Hanoi, Vietnam, unless mandatory consumer law in your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
16Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. If you keep using the Apps after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.
