In short: SocBy Solution Apps does not collect, store, sell or share your personal information. Our Apps do not require registration or login, and we do not operate any server that stores user data. Our Apps do, however, include third-party services (such as Google AdMob and Firebase) that automatically process limited device data, as described below.
SocBy Solution Apps ("we", "us", "our") develops and publishes mobile applications on Google Play (the "Apps"). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use our Apps. By using our Apps you also agree to our Terms of Service.
1Who We Are
The Apps are developed and published by SocBy Solution Apps (also known as "SocBy"), the developer named on our Google Play store listings. This Privacy Policy applies to every App published under that developer name.
2Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, precise location, photos, audio, voice recordings or any other personal information. Content you create in the Apps (drawings, recordings, progress, settings) is stored only on your device and is not uploaded to us or to any third party. We do not collect or transfer any audio or voice data.
The only time we receive personal information is if you choose to email us (for example, to send feedback or report a bug). In that case we receive only your email address and the content of your message, and we use it only to reply to you.
3Data Processed by Third-Party Services
To show ads, process purchases, measure performance and fix crashes, our Apps use third-party SDKs. These services (not SocBy Solution Apps) may automatically collect and process:

This data does not directly identify you, is encrypted in transit, and is handled under each provider's own privacy policy (see Section 5).
4Advertising and In-App Purchases
Our free Apps are supported by ads served through Google AdMob and its mediation partners. Users in the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for consent (Google User Messaging Platform, IAB TCF) before personalized ads are shown; without consent, only non-personalized ads are shown.
You can reset your Advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads at any time in Settings > Google > Ads (or Settings > Privacy > Ads).
In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed entirely by Google Play. We never receive or store your payment card or bank details.

6How Data Is Protected
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect any data handled through our Apps:
- All network communication from our Apps and the third-party SDKs they include is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS.
- Content you create in the Apps stays in the App's private storage on your device, which other apps cannot access.
- We only integrate SDKs from established providers that publish their own data-protection practices, and we request only the device permissions an App needs to work.
- Emails you send us are kept in an access-restricted mailbox and are used only to answer your request.
7Data Retention and Deletion
Because we do not store your personal information, there is nothing for us to retain. Data processed by third-party services is kept according to their policies (for example, Firebase Analytics up to 14 months, Crashlytics 90 days). Uninstalling an App stops all data processing by that App.
Request deletion: to request deletion of data held by third-party services for your device, email us at support@socby.com with the App name, or reset your Advertising ID. We delete emails you send us once your request has been resolved.
8Your Rights
Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR in the EEA/UK or the CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have rights to access, delete or object to the processing of your data, to withdraw consent and to opt out of personalized advertising. You can exercise these rights through your device settings, the in-app consent option, or by contacting us.
9Children's Privacy
Our Apps are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect any information from children.
10Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
